Fahrzeugbedarf Kotz & Co KG was founded in 1965 as a specialized sales company of the renowned BPW Bergische Achsenfabrik. Right from the start, we focused on the highest quality in the area of commercial vehicle parts and chassis systems. Initially based in Josefstädter Straße in Vienna, the company moved to its current location in Guntramsdorf in 1994 in order to meet the constantly growing demand.
An important milestone was reached in 2000 with the founding of the vehicle parts subsidiary R.A.L. (formed from the companies REV, ALB and LAV). The goal was clearly defined: to create a nationwide distribution network for commercial vehicle parts in Austria that would guarantee our customers the best availability at all times. BPW Bergische Achsen Kommanditgesellschaft is the parent company of the BPW Group. With more than 1,600 employees, including around 120 trainees, the family-owned company has been developing and producing complete running gear systems for truck trailers and semi-trailers at its headquarters in Wiehl since 1898.
