From the filter to the engine
The air supply delivers fresh, purified intake air to the engine via intake manifolds, intake manifolds, sensors, flaps and connectors. Precise control of air volume, distribution and pressure – necessary for efficiency, power output and emission behavior – is only possible if these components are precisely coordinated.
Control and flow
For optimum function, the geometry, cross-section and material of the air ducts must be correct. Sensor connections, flap mechanics and seals must harmonize with the engine control unit. A well-tuned air supply system supports torque, throttle response and fuel consumption.
