Rely on tested quality and order components for level control and hydraulics online.

Always at the right level

With the level control, the vehicle floor remains constant in every loading situation – regardless of whether you are traveling fully loaded or empty. The hydraulic systems help to compensate for height differences, ensure even axle loads and maintain stability and control even in changing conditions.

Precise hydraulics for uniform height control

The level control is based on finely tuned hydraulic technology in which the pressure accumulator, valves and lines work together harmoniously. Only when the pressure build-up, control speed and flow rate are optimally coordinated can the vehicle level remain stable – even with changing loads or uneven road surfaces. This ensures a smooth ride and at the same time protects the chassis components.

What should you look out for when buying:

Air suspension: the heart of truck level control
While hydraulic systems are used in special vehicles, level control in modern heavy-duty trucks and trailers is based almost exclusively on air suspension. The key components here are the robust air suspension bellows, which have to bear enormous vertical axle loads. The actual control takes place via level control valves (NLV), which precisely regulate the air pressure in the bellows in order to keep the ride height constant regardless of the load. This is essential to maximize driving stability, minimize tire wear and ensure the correct alignment of important components (e.g. the fifth wheel).

Electronic control for maximum flexibility (ECAS)
The precision and variety of functions are achieved by electronically controlled air suspension systems (ECAS). These intelligent systems not only control the level control automatically, but also allow the driver to intervene manually. For example, functions such as raising and lowering the loading ramp (kneeling function) are essential for fast and safe loading and unloading. The adjustment of the fifth wheel height when changing trailers is also controlled by ECAS components. This places the highest demands on the sensors and control valves, which have to work extremely quickly, precisely and reliably over the entire service life of the truck.

Robustness and reliability of bellows and lines
Air suspension bellows and the associated compressed air lines are exposed to extreme mechanical loads and environmental influences, particularly in heavy-duty traffic. The air bags must be made of high-strength, flexible rubber and robust metal components to prevent cracks or breaks that would lead to sudden suspension failure. The valves and lines must also be absolutely leak-proof, as even the smallest air leaks would put unnecessary strain on the compressors and make the level control unreliable. When purchasing spare parts, the OE quality of the air bellows and control valves is therefore crucial to ensure the driving safety and economy of the fleet.

Ensure precise height control!

With the right pressure accumulators and control valves, you can automatically compensate for level differences and maintain chassis stability. Choose from tested components and upgrade your system with precision.
